Explore Your Sales Dashboard

Effortlessly track and analyze your sales performance across multiple platforms with ScribeCount’s intuitive dashboard. Stay on top of your sales and optimize your business strategies.

Introduction to Your Dashboard

The volume of data available through your ScribeCount dashboard can seem overwhelming at first. However, our powerful features and user-friendly interface are designed to make data tracking and analysis as easy as possible. Clear graphics, easy-to-read charts, and powerful filters were key priorities during the development of ScribeCount, and we’ve succeeded in delivering a tool that makes your sales data actionable.

Sales Report Aggregation

ScribeCount’s main feature is Sales Report Aggregation, which means we handle the time-consuming task of gathering data from each of your sales platforms. We then consolidate that data into easy-to-read charts, graphs, and spreadsheets, allowing you to see your entire library of books in one place.

As of December 2024, we support the following platforms:

Features of the Wide Dashboard

Our dashboard defaults to a month-to-date setting, but you can easily adjust it to suit your reporting needs. Use preset date ranges or customize your charts to the individual day. Every chart, graphic, and report can be tailored to your needs. Filter by date range, book, series, marketplace, or even pen name.

The dashboard displays important metrics at a glance, including:

  • Amazon to Wide ratio
  • KU vs Sales ratio
  • Free vs Paid ratio
  • Sales by format ratio

All of these charts can be flipped to show data over time. Simply hover over the chart to see the specific date you wish.

Historical Chart & Summary

The Historical Chart allows you to visualize your data over time in various formats. Colors are customizable to represent individual books or series. You can hover over each data point to get detailed information on royalties, units sold, and free units. Additionally, we provide summaries by both marketplace and platform, so you can easily drill down to see where your books are performing best.

World Map & Global Insights

The World Map feature lets you visualize your sales globally. Hover over each country to see your accumulated sales and identify regions where you might want to focus your marketing efforts.

Amazon Select Dashboard

If you’re enrolled in Amazon Select, we have a specialized dashboard optimized for your needs. You can set the KU rate, automatically convert page-reads to sales, and compare sales to ranks by book, series, marketplace, and more. All your data—print, audio, and eBooks—can be combined in one place, with easy filters for customization.

Additional Features

Beyond basic sales tracking, ScribeCount offers:

  • Rank tracking in various formats (Rank vs Sales, Ranks by Title/Series)
  • Review aggregation from all platforms
  • Ad tracking and price monitoring
  • Pre-order tracking and calendar/scheduler
  • Payment monitoring and customizable spreadsheets

Our features are designed to streamline your self-publishing workflow and help you manage your business efficiently.
