Randall co-founded ScribeCount in 2018 with the vision of creating the leading author service platform on the web. His mission is to make ScribeCount the ultimate resource for every author's needs — a comprehensive suite of tools that simplifies the business side of self-publishing.
A writer since his high school days, Randall was an early adopter of Kindle and KDP, and has been self-publishing since 2009. His passion for writing and technology has driven him to constantly innovate and improve the way authors track and manage their sales data.
Randall's career began in the military, where he learned discipline, leadership, and the value of serving others. After transitioning into Emergency Medicine, he spent decades working both on the ground and in the air. This experience shaped his problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure — qualities that have translated directly into his entrepreneurial journey.
Now fully dedicated to ScribeCount, Randall also continues to write and invest in various business ventures. When he's not building new features, he can be found at the beach with his wife and their giant dog Henry, taxiing his two teenagers to their activities, or producing copious amounts of sawdust in his workshop.
