Introduction to the Sunburst Chart

ScribeCount’s Sunburst Chart makes it easy to track your entire library in one interactive graphic. This feature allows you to see all your sales data in a visually intuitive way, simplifying your workflow.

How It Works

The Sunburst Chart divides your data into concentric rings, each representing different levels of detail:

• The inner ring shows your platforms (e.g., Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo).
• The second ring displays the marketplaces (e.g., United States, Canada, Australia).
• The outer ring shows individual book formats (e.g., eBook, paperback, audiobook).

Simply hover over the chart to view royalty numbers in your selected currency, or click on any segment to drill down into more specific data.

Interactive and Customizable

Each segment in the Sunburst Chart is interactive. Click on a platform to see only that platform’s data. You can further drill down by clicking on a marketplace or even a specific book. The chart adjusts dynamically, providing you with a detailed breakdown in just a few clicks. To return to the full chart, simply click the center or use the reset button in the upper-left corner.

Custom Date Range and Aggregator Settings

The default date range for the Sunburst Chart is set to Month-to-Date, but you can easily customize it to fit your needs using the Date-Range dropdown. You can also display data from aggregators like D2D or Smashwords by adjusting the settings in your chart.
