Custom Filters and Sorting Options
Every author has different priorities when it comes to managing their book data. With ScribeCount, you can filter and sort your library by Platform, Author, Format, Title, Series, and customized Tags.
To get started, you'll need to merge your books across platforms. This helps ScribeCount understand that the same book may be listed differently across retailers. Use the MERGE BOOKS tab to easily combine books with different ASINs, ISBNs, and other identifiers.
Tagging and Organizing Your Library
Once your books are merged, you can assign Tags to organize your library. Tags can be anything you wish, from Pen Names to Foreign Language titles or even special editions. Use the Manage Tags button to start organizing your books by creating sub-series or other categories.
In addition to tags, you can also assign color codes to your books. Visit each book’s Book Details page to add color coding for easy visual tracking.
Detailed Book Data and Sales Insights
Your Book Details page is packed with valuable information. It includes everything from price, royalty rates, KENP count, and sales data to charts that show royalties, units sold, and platform-specific numbers. Each book's page also includes a link to its ratings and reviews across all platforms.
For even more detailed insights, you can track KDP Select enrollment status, monitor book prices with the Price Tracker, and see consolidated reviews from all platforms.
Advanced Features
The Ghost Books feature allows you to remove books from your reports without deleting them from your bookshelf. If you prefer not to include certain titles in your charts, simply ghost them for a cleaner overview of your library.
Additionally, ScribeCount provides tools for Rank Tracking, allowing you to see how your books perform in relation to their sales, and more.
